Gonzalo Bertranou enjoys fatherhood before joining Los Pumas to welcome France

“It’s always special to play here because you enjoy the whole week. It’s different and it’s a very nice feeling“said Gonzalo, who has a long career in the national team: “I work every day to continue in Los Pumas, but I never take a call for granted because the team is the most important thing and demands being at the highest level.”

We already had a camp in London to talk about the objectives and review what we did in the previous two years. The goal is the 2027 World Cup in Australia, but before that there are many steps to fill.”

At 30 years old and enjoying the new fatherhood of Wildtogether with his partner Chiara MediciGonzalo has just completed a very good 3 and a half year experience in Wales where he played for Dragons and finished with a brief stint with Cardiff Blues. “We are very happy and luckily we have no problems resting, which is something important for the life of a professional athlete,” he said.
