There are many users who use a slow charger with their devices, either because they are not official or because they do not have the necessary power to adapt to charging it. This causes frustration and important security problems, and therefore the Battery section of iOS 18 will give this new information.
In this section, the system will report the periods in which the iPhone has been charged with a trickle charger. Although it is not known what criteria Apple uses to define such a charger, the truth is that it will help many to discover if they are really using a charger that, at a minimum, takes advantage of the fast charging of the latest models.
