In this sense, the first of the new features, already introduced in a previous version for Mac, will allow increasing the maximum number of participants who will be able to join the same video call.

Therefore, they will now be 32 people that they will be able to interact at the same time, regardless of the type of platform they are on. Until now, this number was only available on mobile phones.

Share screen while you talk

The other great novelty that Whatsapp has introduced is the choice of screen sharing with audio, which will make the video call option of the application is more complete in areas such as work or academics. To share the screen, an icon will appear that shows a mobile phone with an arrow. When you press it, the system will first ask for permission to record the screen, but once accepted, the screen is shared with the rest of the people.
