The cell phone manufacturing company Samsung launched a program in Argentina which he called as Exchange Plan and facilitates the purchase and update of smartphones, tablets, TVs and other brand devices.

To take advantage of this program, users must follow a series of steps virtually:
- Enter the Samsung Argentina online store.
- Select the smartphone, laptop or tablet to buyand then, the devices to be delivered as part payment (up to two units). The system will allow you to indicate the operating status of the equipment that is delivered.
Once the purchase is completed and the new device is received, a Samsung person will be contacted to continue the process and coordinate the delivery of devices that are given in part payment.
If the status matches what was declared, the user will receive their bonus in the payment method used in the purchase, between 10 and 15 days later.
