Madrid, June 27 (EFE).- ‘Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD’ is the latest adventure of Luigi, Mario’s inseparable and cowardly younger brother, which promises to guarantee a terrifying summer of fun full of puzzles on Nintendo Switch starting this Thursday , ghosts and haunted mansions.
Luigi, the brother of the most famous plumber in the history of video games, claims the summer season as an ideal time to connect with the horror and ghost genre with the launch of the long-awaited ‘Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD’.
The original title ‘Luigi’s Mansion’, released on GameCube in September 2001 – in Japan, it was not released in Europe until May 2002 – was one of the first games in the franchise that did not have Mario as the protagonist. Nintendo then released the sequels ‘Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon’, which remasters this new title; followed by ‘Luigi’s Mansion 3’.
On this occasion, the cowardly hero in the green hat and overalls will have to delve into the depths of the sinister Shadow Valley to restore order to it. The Dark Moon, which was shining and illuminating the Valley, mysteriously shattered.
Now, the horrifying beings and ghostly specters that inhabited the Shadow Valley have lost control. Professor Fesor asks for help from Luigi, the only hero who can solve the situation, who will have to gather courage, overcome his uncontrollable fears and try to gather the fragments of the Dark Moon.
The player will take control of the scary green plumber, armed with his trusty Succionaentes 5000, a vacuum cleaner modified by Professor Fesor designed to suck up ghosts, with which Luigi will tour haunted mansions full of ghosts of different shapes, sizes and colors.
‘Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD’, which in addition to including different modes and difficulties includes an outstanding cooperative and multiplayer mode, is nominated as one of the great kings of the summer thanks to its challenging and fun tests and its endless collectibles.
