ZTE has announced the arrival on the Spanish market of its first foldable smartphone, a youthful proposal with a clamshell format, which will be available throughout the summer for 599 euros.

The Chinese company has designed the Nubia Flip 5G with a youth audience in mind, offering features focused on entertainment and content creation without translating into a high price.

This smartphone has a clamshell-type folding format, with a 1.43-inch circular screen on the outside and a 6.9-inch AMOLED main screen on the inside, with a 120Hz refresh rate. It includes a dual speaker and a DTS:X Ultra sound system.

ZTE has equipped it with a 4,310mAh battery with a 33W fast charging system and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor, and it has a configuration of 8GB of RAM, expandable up to 20GB of virtual RAM, and an internal storage capacity of 256GB.

The main camera system of this smartphone, located on the outside, features a 50-megapixel main lens with autofocus and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Inside, it has a 16-megapixel camera. Due to its design, nubia Flip 5G allows you to take advantage of both cameras at the same time and take dual shots.

Nubia Flip 5G runs on Android 13 (Android T), features 5G connectivity, NFC for contactless payments, and a USB port for charging. It will be available this summer for 599 euros, from Vodafone and Yoigo operators and on the free market through Amazon and later other channels.
