Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas. – An explosion due to gas accumulation in a Bakery left two people with serious injuries and at least 12 homes with material damage.
The incident occurred around 05:40 today in a Bakery located on 18 de Marzo and 20 de Noviembre streets. Emiliano Zapata neighborhood.
First responders from the Red Cross responded to the call and transported a man identified as 52-year-old Mario Guardiola to the General Hospital, as he suffered burns all over his body.
A 23-year-old woman named Mariana Acosta was taken by a family member to a city hospital.
Elements of the H. Fire Department controlled the incident.
