NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) – Two men have been arrested in connection to a deadly shooting at a North Charleston mobile home park, according to the North Charleston Police Department.
Kobe Javon Bryant, 22, and Triston Robertson, 19, are charged with murder, police spokesperson Harve Jacobs said.
North Charleston Police officers responded to a shots fired call on Stall Road around 10 pm on Thursday. Jacobs said the investigation turned into an armed robbery investigation when officers arrived.
Officers investigating the armed robbery found a bullet hole in a mobile home and saw a man on the bed who had been shot to death.
The Charleston County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 37-year-old Heriberto Martinez, of Mexico.
Bryant and Robertson were booked at the Al Cannon Detention Center. A booking photo of Robertson was not immediately available.
Jacobs said the investigation is ongoing and further charges are pending.
