In dialogue with Radio Gol, a unionist basketball leader confirmed Seigorman’s desire to continue as coach in the 24/25 National League.
Unión finished the season second to last in the 23/24 season after beating Oberá on the last date. Once the competition is over and they retain their place, the leadership assured tonight that they will continue in the highest category and seek to close with coach Maximiliano Seigorman.
“We are very close to agreeing with Seigorman and we want it to continue,” Hugo Fessia assured Radio Gol.
Regarding the manager’s departure, “we are looking for someone with a local identity for that position.” This, due to the appointment of Hernan Tettamanti by the CAB, as Director of National Teams
In relation to reinforcements and formation of the squad, Fessia assures that “we do not know precisely what the market is like but we want to go out and close if possible.”
On the other hand and with respect to the coach, the intention is “for the same coaching staff to continue.”
Although there were previous talks, the details have not yet been agreed upon for Seigorman to definitively close his relationship with the Tatengue entity.
