He gastronomic venue ranked No. 29 in “The World 50 Best” ranking, standing out for their dishes “visually stunning and incredibly tasty”, which are prepared under the philosophy of “maintaining local ecosystems.”
“The dishes created by Chef Rodolfo Guzmán are not only visually striking and incredibly tasty, but they are also are made with sustainability in mind. Having a kilometer zero cooking philosophy, maintaining local ecosystems and responsible sourcing are some of the measures implemented at Boragó,” it is mentioned in the restaurant’s review.
Likewise, the chef stands out Rodolfo Guzman to stand out in your kitchen “native Chilean products and incorporates native plants in its cuisineresulting in creatively executed dishes such as Maule pink tomato fillet with grapes and wild fruits and king crab with sea carrot custard.”
This is the second consecutive time that Boragó appears in this rankingsince in the 2023 version also ranked No. 29.
