The semi-finalists of “La Casa de los Famosos Colombia”, a joint production of Canal RCN and ViXhave taken a crucial step in the final stretch of the reality show.
In an event full of emotion and strategies, participants and their campaign managers faced off in a debate to win support of the public and secure their place in the final.
Preparations for the debate
Before the long-awaited debate, the semi-finalists received strategic support from returning former participants to help them in their campaigns. Julián Trujillo was assisted by Mafe Walker, Karen Sevillano had Juan David, Sebastián González with Camilo Pulgarín, Alfredo Redes with Miguel Bueno, and Miguel Melfi with Ornella Sierra.
To strengthen your communication skills, The semi-finalists participated in an assertive communication session with Johana Amaya, journalist and broadcast manager of Noticias RCN. Amaya provided them with valuable advice on presenting a clear and coherent debate, preparing them for the intense exchange that lay ahead.

Moderated by presenter Luz Ángela Tobón, the debate took place in an atmosphere full of tension and expectation. Each semi-finalist had one minute and 30 seconds to present their opening speech and answer questions from their former teammates, the audience and their current teammates. Furthermore, they had the right to a strategic reply.
During the debate, participants addressed key questions posed by their former colleagues. Among the topics discussed were possible changes in his behavior, moments of doubt about continuing in the reality show, the qualities necessary to win “La Casa de los Famosos Colombia”, and why they consider themselves worthy of victory.

The debate included incisive questions such as that of Camilo Díaz to Julián Trujillo, questioning him about whether he would call someone “mentally unbalanced” on a reality show again. Isa Sierra asked Karen Sevillano about his regrets on the programwhile Nataly Umaña questioned Melfi about how she plans to apply her reality show experience in her future life.
For her part, Tania asked Sebastián González why he thinks he should be the winner, and Omar Murillo asked him what he considers has taken him so far in the competition. Camilo Díaz also challenged Alfredo, asking him to reflect on what he would say to Alfredo from 10 years ago.
The semi-finalists also answered questions from the audience, discussing topics such as empathy, skill at games and why his teammates shouldn’t win. Finally, the participants asked questions among themselves, highlighting the qualities that each person considers most valuable in themselves and in others.
