eRetail Day Latam Successfully Gathers the Digital Commerce Industry in One Place

The eRetail Day Latam, known as Retail & Digital Channels Revolution, concluded its eleventh edition with great success. This event, considered the most important in Latin America for the digital commerce industry, brought together more than 3,500 registered professionals and had the participation of more than 80 national and international speakers. These experts shared their experiences, relevant information and success stories, contributing significantly to the professionalization of the sector.

Organized by the eCommerce Institute and co-organized locally by the Mexican Association of Online Sales (AMVO), the event managed, for three days, to involve registered professionals in training and learning about current trends in digital businesses.

During the event, Daniela Orozco, Director of Market Research and Economic Intelligence at the Mexican Association of Online Sales (AMVO), offered a detailed analysis of the current ecosystem in the country and shared a vision of the opportunities to improve decision-making. decisions based on trends.

  • In 2023, the market value of eCommerce Retail in Mexico reached $658 billion pesos with a growth of 24.6%.
  • More than 66 million people in Mexico already purchase their products and services through the internet.

eCommerce Experience Mexico 2024: As part of the three days of training, on Wednesday the 12th, the eCommerce Experience México 2024 was held, a regional initiative in which technical visits were made to leading companies to learn in detail about the “end to end” operation and the possibility of Interact with the teams that carry out the Marketing, Commercial, Operations, SAC and Logistics areas.
