The sports community of Xalapa mourns the death of Luis Ernesto Guevara del Ángel and Luciana Guevara Viazcan, two beloved athletes, father and daughter, who died early Friday morning in a car accident, when they were traveling on the Mexico-Puebla highway, an accident that occurred at km 45, in Ixtapaluca, State of Mexico.
On social networks, athletes, friends, acquaintances and relatives of the two people have shown their solidarity with the family, after this news was released that caused consternation, since they were widely known for practicing the sport and their good treatment of people.
Luciana recently participated in the Conade National Games Macro Regionals representing Veracruz with the colors of the Star Runners Athletics Clubwhere she developed as an important athlete of the entity.
This mishap occurred early Friday morning when Luis Ernesto’s youngest son was also injured and brother of Luciana; He was admitted to a hospital.
