The Legends Tour this week celebrates the Paul Lawrie Match Play presented by Petsure. The Hanbury Manor Marriott Hotel & Country Club, Hertfordshire, England, welcomes the best senior players from Europe and different parts of the world to play the competition in the Match Play format. There Ángel Cabrera is in the Semifinals of the contest ready to face Bradley Dredge this Sunday.
The double Major winner reached this stage after leaving MiChael Long 2/1 and Gary Evans 3/2 on the way in the Quarterfinals. Prior to that he beat Andrew Marshall 4/2. In the first round he beat Scott Drummond 5/4.

Emiliano Grillo finished the second round of the 124 US Open with 72 strokes, which is played on Court Number 2 at Pinehurst R&CC. With a total of 142, +2, the Chaco native lowered par on holes 10, 18, 1, making mistakes on holes 15, 16, 6 and 8 (he came out of the 10th tee). Grillo qualified after playing the 2023 Tour Championship, finishing in the top-30 of the FedExCup. He played five US Opens and made two cuts. The 31-year-old has only one round under par of the fourteen he played, the first at Pebble Beach 2019 when he shot 68.
