Therefore, the words of the game’s creative director, Matt Searcy for this Windows Central interview, have powerfully caught our attention.
More than a confirmation, it was evident
In their response, and in some others, they claim not to be able to reveal anything about Gears of War: E-Day game modes, but Searcy makes it very clear with his words, when asked if it will have multiplayer modes:
I would say, this is the next mainline Gears game. Gears has a very clear DNA for game modes, so you can probably anticipate where we’re going with E-Day.
As we have said, it is evident that Gears of War: E-Day, in its function of being the next great title in the series and not a spin-off, as they themselves have already confirmed, will have multiplayer, but it will also we know the game will change and feel fresh.
