The rumors have ended up becoming reality after many days of waiting for their possible confirmation

It was a long time coming, but Nintendo has finally set a specific date for its new Direct after announcing a couple of weeks ago that they would hold a new event in June. Of course, the company made it clear at the time that In this presentation they would not make any mention of Nintendo Switch 2so my advice is not to get too carried away by the hype in this same sense.

In fact, the company has revealed that this Nintendo Direct will serve to announce the games that are about to be released for the current Nintendo Switch for the remainder of this year 2024 (basically, because it seems that they will present its successor at the end of 2025 or at the beginning of 2025). For this reason and with the aim that you do not miss the event in case you want to see it live, below I leave you with the date on which it will be done, the schedules depending on the region in which you live and the links to see it.

What time is the new Nintendo Direct?

As the company has announced through your official Twitter account, This event will take place next June 18. However, taking into account the time zones, the time will vary depending on the region in which you live. I leave you with the schedules below:

Where can the event be seen?

As has happened with previous company presentations, this Nintendo Direct will be broadcast live through Nintendo’s own official YouTube and Twitch channels. Next, I leave you with their links so you can see it in Spanish:

What can we expect from this Nintendo Direct?

The bad thing is that on this occasion it is very difficult to predict what Nintendo will present at this event; something that is due to the fact that the company has maintained intense silence about the releases that will arrive for Nintendo Switch in the coming months. It’s true that Metroid Prime 4 is out there and perhaps it could be the protagonist of this Direct, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it went to Nintendo Switch 2. Maybe a new remaster or port? A review of Twilight Princess or Wind Waker for Nintendo Switch? Everything remains to be seen.

What do you and you hope to see in this new Nintendo Direct? I read you in the comments.
