Among other roles, she also played the voice of Trinity in The Matrix and The Matrix Reloaded, Sailor Galaxia in Sailor Moon Sailor Stars and the voice of Daphne Blake from the Scooby-Doo franchise for the series The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo.
Regarding her role as mother of the Simpson family, she once commented that she was on the verge of rejecting the offer.

In that Instagram post, Vélez shared a photo of his participation with Mackenzie at the Comicon Argentina, which took place in December of last year in Costa Salguero.

Claudia Motta also participated in that event, who provided the voice of Bart Simpson for Latin America. “It is with deep sorrow that we, the Simpson daughters (Lisa and Bart), announce the passing of our beloved mother Marge Simpson (Nancy Mckenzie).
