A new traffic accident occurred during this long weekend in Neuquenwhen a motorist was involved in a shocking overturn on Route 22, in the vicinity of China Muerta.
The road accident occurred around 5:50 p.m. when the driver of a Fiat Punto lost control of his vehicle and, for reasons that are still being investigated, bit the cement guardrail, hit the curb and overturned.
In dialogue with Better Informedthe Deputy Commissioner Matias Acostaexplained that the protagonist of the overturn on Route 22 is “a 36-year-old man who was entering the ring road for Capex from east to west.”
Regarding the dynamics of the accident, Acosta reported that “the road was dry”and explained that it occurred in the sector “under the bridge, when “He lost control of the car and went against the cement guardrail, hit the curb of the street and overturned.”
With respect to health status of 36 year old man, the Deputy Commissioner reported that “he left the cabin on his own, that he was conscious but had a blow to the head. For this reason, he was transferred preventively to the Plottier hospital.”
There is a police presence there and accident experts are working to determine the causes of the accident.
