The band La Renga, led by Gustavo “Chizzo” Nápoli, is preparing for its fourth presentation at the Mario Alberto Kempes Stadium in Córdoba, as part of its “Totally possessed” tour.
This special performance will have a stage located in the center of the playing field, allowing a panoramic view from the four sectors of the venue. This format has already been successfully tested at the Estadio Único de La Plata on two previous occasions.
The last time La Renga performed at the Córdoba stadium was in 2016, having also done so in 2003 and 2008. For this concert, assembly work on the stage structure has been underway for a week. The band will be accompanied by the opening group Cuatro al Hilo, originally from Córdoba, who is promoting their eighth album “The Sound of Silence.”
The historic Argentine rock group is known for its loyal fan base, who travel in caravans of motorcycles to attend their concerts.
On this occasion, fans from Córdoba and the entire country are expected to arrive at Kempes, where La Renga will present a large-scale show, with a 360° staging and a stage designed to offer a unique experience from any point in the world. stadium.
La Renga has marked milestones in her musical career, such as the presentation of her eighth album “Detonador de Sueños” in 2003 at the then Chateau Carreras stadium, now Kempes, and her return to the stage after a Chizzo accident in 2008. This time, The group is preparing to offer an unforgettable show with a production that includes an exceptional amount of sound equipment and visual effects, following the success of its presentation at the Estadio Único Diego Armando Maradona in La Plata.
