“With the 11th edition of eRetail Day Latam 2024 in Mexico and the 172nd at the regional level, we close this event with deep gratitude to all the participants and speakers who have made this milestone possible. During the meeting, Daniela Orozco, director of market research and economic intelligence at AMVO, presented an analysis of the current state of the digital ecosystem in the country and shared a vision of the opportunities to improve decision-making based on trends.

Among the points to highlight, the executive revealed that in 2023 the market value of e-commerce retail in Mexico reached 658 billion pesos with a growth of 24.6%.

In addition, he confirmed that more than 66 million people in Mexico already purchase their products and services through the internet and that 86% of consumers choose the digital channel to buy due to discounts and financial benefits.
