It all happened at a wedding in California, United States. The artist Shauna Bailey She had been hired to paint a live painting and began recording. The video was published on his TikTok account and went viral very quickly.

The protagonists were Lupe and Luis Quijano and the flame began when they walked together towards the altar down a hallway decorated with candles. Guests threw streamers over the bride-to-be, some of which caught fire and caused the dress to catch fire as well.
“About the wedding I painted this weekend. I am so relieved that no one was hurt,” she wrote in the caption of the post and continued: “It’s funny now, but at the time it was terrifying.”

According to the artist, she was recording content to put together a video that would show her work at the wedding and accidentally recorded the fire. “I dropped my phone and I ran to get a bucket of water. Surprisingly, the bride continued to smile despite everything,” he said, adding: “Later we discovered that there were several firefighters among the guests and we trusted that they would handle the situation but it was brutal.”
