Isapre Colmena reported this Friday the detection of a cybersecurity incident on part of its technological platforms, which is affecting the availability of its services.

According to the insurer in an email sent to some members, The situation is impacting the availability of “some of our services, such as the issuance of electronic bonds, website, branches and call center”.

The company did not explain what type of incident, breach or cybersecurity violation it was, and that its systems would be inoperative for now.

“We have implemented immediate measures to manage the incident and restore our operations to full normality as soon as possible,” Colmena said.

They also regretted the inconvenience that this situation may cause to members and promised to report on progress in enabling their services.
