Since the company Best Quality filed a complaint against him in 2021 accusing the Chilean Association of Municipalities with Popular Pharmacies (Achifarp) of non-payment for products — giving rise to the case that now has him in preventive detention — Daniel Jadue has had the criminal lawyer Ramón Sepúlveda as his lawyer, with whom he has been working for years.
