A terrified Michael Perrineau stars in the first preview of the new chapters of the series
To celebrate that there are six months left until Halloween, the MGM+ platform has just unexpectedly revealed the first trailer for season 3 from one of the most addictive horror series of recent times. ‘From’ will return this coming fall (still without a specific date) with some new episodes that, in principle, should reach us through Max.
Starring Harold Perrineauwho we already saw in ‘Lost’, for many the series is a worthy heir to the mythical mystery fiction by putting its protagonists in a nightmare with many questions but without too many (well, or any) answers.
Of course, this first look barely tells us anything about what we can expect except the promise that “the nightmare continues” and seeing our protagonist (Boyd) pushed to the limit amidst screams. Already season 2 was forcing the machine in which the inhabitants of the cursed town in what They continued to search for answers at the cost of both their safety and their sanity..
Lost in the town
The comparison with ‘Lost’ is not as gratuitous as is usual in this type of series with a supernatural mystery… and this drama has some of the heavyweights (and Abrams’ regular collaborators) from that one both in the script (Jeff Pinkner, who serves as showrunner) as in the address (Jack Bender).
Along with Perrineau, the cast of ‘From’ is made up of Catalina Sandino Moreno, Eion Bailey, Hannah Cheramy, Simon Webster, Ricky HeChloe Van Landschoot, Corteon Moore, Pegah Ghafoori, David Alpay, Elizabeth Saunders, Elizabeth Moy and Avery Konrad, among others.
