Its protagonists are two heavyweights of this genre, Kim Ji-won and Kim Soo-hyun. Plus, it only has 16 excellent episodes to binge-watch.
In “The Queen of Tears” each episode seems like a romantic movie where we will follow the love and marriage story between Baek Hyeon-woo, a lawyer and director of the legal department of Queens Group and Hong Hae In, the executive director of the company.
From South Korea, they both met when they were both interns. Except that Baek Hyun-woo was always a humble lawyer who comes from the small town of Yongduri; and Hong Hae-in always had the power of his family who lives like royalty.
When they had meetings when they were young, they decided to get married only three years later and although at the time it seemed like a good option and they were both very much in love, today everything seems to be falling apart. Hyun-woo will make every attempt to please his wife while she seems disinterested.
