This Sunday the second season of House of the Dragonthe famous prequel to game of Thrones starring Emma D’Arcy and Olivia Cooke that premiered in 2022 and, after two years of waiting, will finally introduce fans to the rivalry between the Greens and the Blacks leading up to what was dubbed the Dance of Dragons.
After an unexpected and shocking final episode in which one of Rhaenyra’s children died on Storm’s End at the hands of Aemond (Ewan Mitchell), the second season premieres on Sunday, June 16, but even though it has not yet been released not even the first episode, HBO has just confirmed that the story written by George R.R. Martin It will not end in this installment but a third season will also be produced.
