His partner, the Mexican-American Maritza Ramoswho is also his manager, did not hesitate to dedicate some emotional words to the Mexican actor on the occasion of the end of this cycle.
“Congratulations, Rafael Amaya. You have reached the end of season 9 of The Lord of the heavens. Your dedication is admirable, doing this for a decade and closing this successful saga sitting like the king that you are on the throne. Irreplaceable,” Ramos began writing.

Amaya’s partner, who has a master’s degree in business administration and international law and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, stressed that “this has been the only series to maintain its peak audience in prime time for a decade.”
