After fulfilling their secret deal, both were approached by the police, who shot Norman dead, while Nicanor fled. Finally, Nicanor was placed at the disposal of the DEA, but not before warning Guadalupe’s mother of the imminent risk she was running by staying at the ranch.

With Nicanor’s call, Lucrecia managed to leave the country. It is believed that she settled in Uruguay or Panama, where she contacted an expert to write a book of her memoirs.

Two days after trying to escape from the Boyacá Prison, Braulio was extradited to the United States where he waits for the days to pass. Brenda, for her part, wants to visit him so she can tell him that she is expecting his child as a result of the intimate meeting they had in the prison located in Bogotá.
