“Their proposal is to continue asking for sanctions and blockades. (…) Now it is the people’s turn to screw those who asked for sanctions, blockades and persecutions against our people. (…) This town stopped being stupid, This town knows who the enemy iswho is behind or accompanying the enemy,” Cabello said during a meeting with coffee producers in the state of Portuguesa (west).
Cabello assured that the PSUV will follow “a series of mobilizations throughout Venezuela” to demand that the president of the United States, Joe Biden, “lift the blockade against Venezuela” and to prepare a “great victory” for the presidential elections.
In addition, He called on the organization to continue forming the UPAZ (Popular Units for Peace) and thus guarantee that each community can “defend the territory.”
“I have no doubt (that) the people of Venezuela are going to vote on (July) 28 for the peace proposal, against the sanctions, the blockade,” Cabello said.
This same Thursday, the opposition leader Maria Corina Machado He was in the same state, where he reiterated his call to vote for González Urrutia in the face of the presidential elections on July 28.
