The police of France arrested this Monday afternoon a Russian-Ukrainian young mana native of Donbas, who was in possession of explosive material and is being investigated for suspicions of terrorism.
The man, whose identity was not revealed although his age was 26 years old, was in a hotel room in the city of Roissy-en-France, in the north of the country, where he made the explosive devices that, it is believed, would be used in an upcoming attack. It was about homemade mobile phone batteriescovered in plastic, with a match, gunpowder and a flammable liquid.

A few moments later, firefighters arrived at the scene, assisted him and took him to the Gonesse hospital. As a result, the man was taken into police custody at the headquarters of the French secret services (DGSI) and accused of “participation in a terrorist association of criminals” and “carrying incendiary or explosive substances or products, or elements intended for to manufacture an incendiary or explosive device in order to destroy, degrade or attack people with a terrorist purpose.”
Theories about his plans are still multiple. Some investigators believe that he could be a member of a terrorist group that was plotting an attack in the country – although everything indicates that he was operating alone – while the local media Le Journal du Dimanche He maintains that he is also believed to be a Russian spy who planned to destroy French weapons that would be sent to Ukraine.
