The representation of the Central American nation is headed by the Attorney General of the Republic, Wendy Morales, who is also accompanied by the presidential advisor for investment and international cooperation issues, Laureano Ortega, the vice president detailed.
In addition, the deputy and president of the Economic and Financial Commission in the National Assembly (parliament) Wálmaro Gutiérrez and the inspector general of the Nicaraguan Army, Major General Marvin Corrales, attend.
At the beginning of this week, Ortega specified that they will promote in Russia the projects that both countries are working on in health, trade, investments, defense, security and interparliamentary cooperation.
He added that they will hold meetings with representatives of the Russian Government such as the president of the mixed Russia-Nicaragua commission and director of the Federal Medical-Biological Agency of the Eurasian nation, Verónica Skvortsovay.
Regarding participation in the forum, Ortega expressed that they will monitor economic and trade trends, within the framework of the formation of the new world order that is being worked on with Russia, China, Iran and sister countries, among other associations.
