The Argentine head of state took off from Bari just after 9:00 a.m. (local time, 4 a.m. in Buenos Aires) and landed in Zurich at 10:30 a.m., where he met with his Minister of Foreign Affairs, Diana Mondinowho was waiting for him in that place.
Together, and with the rest of the entourage that accompanied him at the G7, the libertarian leader traveled to the city of Bürgenstock, which was already ready and under all the strict security measures arranged by the local government for this event. .
In this mountainous area, which is located in the middle of the Lake of the Four Cantons, in the center of Switzerland, Zelensky heads the summit in which he will demand the cessation of aggression by Russia towards Ukraine and the end of war.
More than 50 leaders from different countries participated in the event, including Rishi Sunak (United Kingdom), Emmanuel Macron (France), Olaf Scholz (Germany), Fumio Kishida (Japan), Mark Rutte (Netherlands), Pedro Sanchez (Spain), Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa (Portugal), Ulf Kristersson (Sweden), Alexander De Croo (Belgium), Justin Trudeau (Canada) and Mette Frederiksen (Denmark).
Among the Latin presidents, they participate in the summit Gabriel Boric (Chili), Gustavo Petro (Colombia), Stephan Brunner Neibig (Costa Rica), Luis Rodolfo Abinader Corona (Dominican Republic) and Daniel Noboa (Ecuador).

According to official sources, this measure, which was signed by the Minister of Defense, Luis Petriin his first meeting with that group, was taken “with the objective of promoting international peace and stability.”
In the afternoon, all participants in this summit will pose for a family photo with Zelensky, thus expressing their demand for an end to the war that began after Russia invaded Ukraine.
The Argentine president, for his part, will return to Zurich once the meeting is over to board the official plane that around 10:00 p.m. will take him and his delegation back to Buenos Aires, with a previous stopover in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, same stop he made before arriving in Europe to start his tour.
