Michel Gondry (Versailles, 1963), began his career in music as the drummer of the French pop group Oui-Oui. In that environment he made music videos for artists such as The Chemical Brothers, Massive Attack, The White Stripes, Daft punk and Björk.
In cinema it began with “Human Nature” (2001) and, interspersed with shorts and video clips, “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” (2004) or “Microbe et Gasoil” (2015) stand out.

His creativity is manifested through thousands of ideas that plunge him into a strange chaos.
The filmmaker then begins to write the ‘Book of Solutions’, a manual of practical advice that could be the solution to all his problems. -Nominated for the “Cannes Filmmakers’ Fortnight 2023″, The Book of Solutions” will be released today, Sunday, May 5, and will be screened again on Tuesday, May 7, at the Cine Visual, Chiclana 452, at 7:30 p.m.
