The second version of the International Book Fair will feature the presentation of prominent national and international literary figures and special days dedicated to children. José Maza, Mala Imagen, Constanza Michelson, Jorge Baradit are the first confirmed.

From the production of FIL Chile they indicated that “we will have a food court and a children’s area available to the public, it will be a space so that families can enjoy a whole day of culture having the necessary comforts typical of the most important book fairs in Latin America”, emphasizing that “we are waiting for the confirmation of the last international guests and the activities of the different publishers that will allow us to deliver a program equal to or superior to that of the previous year.”

One of the confirmed guests, the philosopher and popularizer Diana Aurenque, expressed her joy for this event and “I leave you all invited to the second edition of the Macul International Book Fair, which will have a wide variety of exhibitors. ”.

The mayor of the commune, Gonzalo Montoya, expressed that “we are happy to once again open the doors of Macul to culture and literature to the residents of our commune and the neighboring communes. We will have a series of activities for the family, exhibitions and presentations by authors of international stature.”

“For us as a municipality it is very important to strengthen this space for culture, artistic expressions and family recreation. We want Macul to become a center of culture and entertainment,” stressed Mayor Montoya.
