Santo Domingo. – The self-help expert and professional coach, Martha Beato, launched her third book “The Art of Living in Mature Age: Guide to Enjoying the Second Half of Life”, a work that addresses maturity, from the point of view of plenitude and wisdom.

This title collects a mix of recommendations, personal reflections and life strategies and, at the same time, documents a series of tools to enjoy the present, overcome challenges and find beauty in the aging process, to make the reader see the maturity as a stage of growth and learning.
