VALÈNCIA, June 26. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The writer Elvira Lindo will participate in the opening of the exhibition ‘Paraules Dedicades’, organized by the María Moliner Library of the Tarongers Campus of the University of Valencia (UV). The event will begin at 12:00 p.m. next Friday, June 28, on the library terrace.

‘Paraules Dedicades’ offers a sample of books autographed by renowned authors such as Lorenzo Silva, Andreu Martí, Roser Capdevila, César Bona and Elvira Lindo herself.

The dedications add “a special value to each work,” underlines the university, which adds that, over time, renowned authors have visited the María Moliner Library, who have accepted the offer to dedicate a few words to the readers.

Elvira Lindo will say a few words and talk to the audience. Elvira Lindo (Cádiz, 1962) is a Spanish writer known above all for the series of children’s novels by Manolito Gafotas, a boy who lives in Carabanchel and who has picaresque touches, for which she received the National Prize for Children’s and Youth Literature of the Spanish letters.

He regularly writes opinion columns in ‘El País’, and has collaborated in the writing of film scripts, such as the adaptation of his novel ‘A word of yours’, which won the Biblioteca Breve award.
