The renowned Doctor in Psychology and writer Bernardo Stamateas will take the stage of the Cine Teatro Imperial next Tuesday, July 2, to present his new work “Pensamientos Nutritivos”.
As a continuation of the successful cycle “Entre Viñas y Letras”, the prestigious writer and Doctor in Psychology Bernardo Stamateas will appear again in Maipú to publicize his recent book “Pensamientos Nutritivos”. The event will be on Tuesday, July 2, from 7 p.m. at the emblematic Cine Teatro Imperial. Admission will be free, collaborating with warm clothing in good condition.
After the success of his conference “Nutritious people, nutritious emotions” in 2023, Stamateas will return to Maipú to present his new work: “Nutritious Thoughts”. With his usual style, the author tells how toxic thoughts can alter our peace and vitality, while he presents us with strategies to replace them with nutritious thoughts that lead us to a fuller life.
