The Organization of Consumers and Users (OCU) has raised the alarm regarding this issue and has focused on the second leg of the Champions League semi-finals between Real Madrid and Bayern, a meeting that is generating a lot of expectation. Such is the attention that this match has generated that scams have begun to skyrocket in terms of the sale of fraudulent tickets, some with prices reaching 1,300 euros.

The OCU has launched a series of recommendations for all those fans who intend to purchase their tickets through online resale. Specifically, they highlight that it is important not to advance the electronic ticket payments; the user could be seen without the advance amount and without tickets.

On the other hand, they have recommended avoiding online purchases as much as possible and purchasing tickets at the official ticket offices. The consumer organization also remembers that if tickets are purchased through online resale and the event is subsequently cancelled, at most they will get the original price refunded, but never the extra amount they paid. Furthermore, they have also demanded that a specific regulation that protects consumers from scams, fraud and illegal overpricing.
