Springfield 311 Call Center Online Page, an App Ready to Serve

The Springfield 311 Call Center is the place for residents, visitors and businesses in the city’s 311 system to submit and track service requests to the city, via the web and with an online application.

The Springfield 3-1-1 Citizen Service Center is the first point of contact for citizens who have a question or request for non-emergency service from the city. The 311 Call Center has reduced the number of misdirected calls to 9-1-1 and has helped improve the level of service and monitoring of service provided to citizens.

Residents can search frequently asked questions and make service requests through the 3-1-1 app or online at the 311 website. When submitting a service request online, residents can choose to receive a confirmation number by email, which will allow them to check the status of their application whenever it is convenient for them.

Residents can use this app to log in and submit a service ticket for a variety of quality of life issues, including potholes, graffiti, traffic signal outages, tree branch trimming, and ordinance violations. It has a feature that allows users to attach images and view any previous requests they have made through the phone app. The user will receive an email confirming when the ticket was successfully received by the department and when it was closed.

This mobile app will receive the same priority as requests made directly through a 311 call taker. Residents can contact City Hall even more conveniently with this app’s one-click connection.

The app, Springfield 311, can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and the Android Marketplace/Google Play Store. You can also visit the 311 website to download the Springfield 311 app. Or click on the 311 icon on the city’s home page.
