What depends on vehicle brands offering more colors on the market?

Christian Cazar, Chery brand manager in Ecuador, assured that it depends on demand.

He explained that normally, the more special or niche a model is, the more extravagant or flashy colors people want. Meanwhile, in the commercial segments they look for basic colors that are easy to maintain and resell.

Sales do not improve for the automotive sector, which in five months sold 9,583 fewer vehicles in Ecuador

“Chery has always stood out for offering a broad portfolio of SUVs and sedans. We have more than eight colors for each vehicle: black, red, silver, gray, white, blue, purple and orange,” said Cazar.

He added that the brand normally has the entire traditional color palette, plus special colors depending on the version. Some of Chery dealers promote these special colors such as purple with the slogan “Your color, your style.” (YO)
