Silvia Amorós has been appointed director of Davies Banking & Markets EMEA Practice. After nine years working in the consulting subdivision in Davies (formerly Sionic), the company has promoted her and selected her to lead the company along with Michael Lutterod, collaborating in the United Kingdom.
Amorós is specialist in business management, operations and customer lifecycle management (CLM) and has extensive experience in creating sustainable operating models for global banks. With specialized knowledge and ability to implement systemsserves as a trusted advisor and implementation partner for clients, supporting their operating model strategy and leading complex projects.
At the same time, Silvia has increased the firm’s office in Madrid and diversified the client base. It has also raised the targets for the CLM offering globally, improved nearshoring gross margins and strengthened B&M EMEA’s growth strategy by fostering a product-oriented culture, driving customer development. product and increases collaboration and cross-selling opportunities.
