After it emerged that Antonio Gasalla is going through a health problem that does not allow him to remember those around him and his past, Marcelo Polino was in charge of telling how the comedian’s condition is evolving.
During a recent interview on the program Pococorrectos, which airs on Eltrece, Polino faced the question “Pococorrect” which had to do with what was the worst gossip that came into his life.
“The loudest thing that happened to me was that one day I was on the radio and Antonio Gasalla called me, who did not have this disease that he has now, and he said to me: ‘Polino, I have skin cancer, please tell me.’‘” he recalled.
Then, Marcelo explained the context of Gasalla’s request: “It was said that I was fighting with Susana, that I didn’t want to go on the program, so it was difficult for me to go on air because it was a health problem, I think it was the worst”.
“I dare to say anything, I answer and nothing happens, but when it’s a health issue, and more than one friend, that stuck with me and it took me a lot to say it.”, assured the radio host.
After this memory, Chino Leunis asked Polino how Antonio’s health is: “It’s stuffy. He is admitted to a rehabilitation center with his health problem, which is cognitive and progressing.”.
“It will never be better, in fact, I saw it the last day before going to Mar del Plata. When I returned I accompanied him to Carlos Perciavalle who wanted to see him and an authorization had to be made because the matter was being prosecuted because he is under guardianship because he had to worry about a lot of things.”.
Regarding the alleged robbery that Gasalla suffered, Polino explained: “There is an investigation into everything that disappeared, because many things disappeared from the house.”, assured the journalist.
