Rodrigo “Gallina” Avilés, known for his participation in “Yingo”, underwent a hair graft after years of dealing with complexes due to his broad forehead. This decision was preceded by a year of consideration and study of the procedure.
In a video published on social networks, the influencer showed his motivation behind the procedure, also stating that the motivation behind the intervention was to reverse the being “brow”. The communicator also explained that the hair falling over his forehead often caused misunderstandings, and he wanted to avoid the idea that he used it to hide his forehead.

The hair transplant process was preceded by an extensive preparation period, during which he used products to strengthen and thicken his hair and prevent hair loss. The operation itself lasted 12 hours and consisted of a hair-by-hair procedure, during which around 8,000 hairs, equivalent to 3,500 hair follicles, were transplanted from the nape of the neck to the forehead area, according to LUN.
Rodrigo shared details about the stages after the intervention: “The first days are vital, because the hairs are firming.” He explained that for the first week he should use hypoallergenic shampoo and avoid rubbing his head. Additionally, he should sleep facing the ceiling to allow the follicles to attach properly.
