Later, she said that her husband Mario Ferro became a pastor and they traveled to the United States to study the word of God, After a few months they returned to Colombia and even went through Congress for the Independent Movement Front of Hope (FE).

“It was a decision from God, it was not something I wanted to go through politics. Then we came with my husband and my children to Miami. My husband felt that we should have a church in this place. We settled and everything happened here, we have a very beautiful church.”
