For his part, the representative of the Institute of Legal Medicine, Orlando Solano Mattos, explained the technical and legal procedures necessary for the burial, guaranteeing its execution in accordance with the law.
“The technical panel culminated in the development of a detailed action plan that establishes the steps to follow, the necessary resources and the deadlines to carry out the burial effectively and diligently, scheduled for next May 16.
“This important step reflects the commitment of the Municipal Administration to respect human dignity and compliance with obligations regarding care for deceased people,” said lawyer José Martín Hincapié.
