Christopher Gregora 31-year-old man from New Jersey, USA, is facing trial for first-degree murder for the death of his six year old sonCorey Micciolo, occurred in 2021.

The details of the case are horrifying, as they accuse him of constant mistreatment and abuse which led to the death of the little one. Furthermore, during the trial a record was exhibited in which Gregor forces your child to run on an exercise machine at high speedeven though it falls several times.

“When they see this video they will be horrified… they will be mortified,” lawyer Mario Gallucci said in court, as recorded. The New York Post.

The terrible video before Corey Micciolo’s death

The video in question was recorded just two weeks before the death of the child, who one day woke up from a nap slurring, stumbling and vomiting.

Breanna Micciolo, Corey’s mother and Gregor’s ex-partner, noticed her son had injuries and took him to the doctor. While they were examining him, the little boy told the doctor that his father made him run “because I was too fat“. Days later he died in Gregor’s custody.

“He had a bruise on his forehead. It was a very strange shape and he had another one on his chest,” the mother told the jury.

The woman also confronted the father of her child through text messages, which were presented in evidence. In them, Micciolo complained against the subject for leaving his son crying after another situation, while Corey’s father said that he had only played a joke and that his mother raised him “too emotional.”

In September 2021, Autopsy results determined that the child’s death was a homicide from chronic child abuse, including blunt force injuries to his chest and abdomen, as well as a torn heart.

Gregor was arrested in March 2022, accused of the murder of his son.
