How did your office come about?

My name is Sol, I have a degree in Psychology from the UBA, where I received a scholarship for my academic performance. After training that included a postgraduate degree at the Fernando Ulloa institution and a foray into the world of ontological coaching and clinical hypnosis, I decided to start my own office. The pandemic accelerated my presence on social networks, where I share messages of reflection and tools for emotional well-being.

How do you project yourself in the medium term?

In the medium term, my goal is to expand my impact through emotional management courses and workshops, as well as support the growth of other psychologists. I want to contribute to changing the perception of psychology in society and provide accessible tools for emotional self-care.

What are the services you provide?

I offer private consultations online and in person at my office in Palermo, Buenos Aires. In addition, I am launching a new program called “Path to Wellbeing”, which offers intensive support with practical resources for anxiety and emotional management, including ebooks, audiovisual courses and podcasts. I work with a multidisciplinary team that includes doctors, nutritionists and physical trainers to ensure a comprehensive approach to the well-being of my patients.

What differentiates you from other professionals?

I stand out for my comprehensive and personalized approach to psychological treatment. I do not follow a specific trend, but rather adapt my approach according to the needs and circumstances of my patients. Additionally, my collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and my commitment to the personal growth of my clients are aspects that differentiate me in the field.

If you started over, what would you do differently?

If I could start over, I would take more advantage of my social networks from my student days. I recognize that sometimes we focus on work that we are not fully passionate about and we miss opportunities to cultivate our true passions. Psychology is my passion, and every time I can positively impact someone’s life, I feel immense gratification that drives me to continue growing and learning every day.
