Flaviana Seeling acknowledged this Tuesday that despite the “bad vibes” messages she has received on her social networks, these have not affected her in any way since she claimed to feel “pretty” at 46 years old.
“I am capable of receiving criticism, I don’t take it the wrong way. What does concern me is the fact that these people have so little empathy,” says Axé Bahía, who in conversation with lun.com even says that in response to her criticism, “I would like to help them.”

“We were seeing with my team where those messages were coming from and we discovered that they were mainly from older women, mothers with children. So, seeing that they were older people who were criticizing, I asked myself how these people can make comments of that level.”he pointed out.

I put myself in the place of those people, maybe they are not going through a good time and they express that as catharsis. But, of course, I have worked for a long time on my self-confidence,” reflects the dancer, who remembers her six years of training as a life coach to support her statements.

“This professional development has given me many tools to confront cases of cyberbullying, but many people do not have them. I wonder what happens when those comments are received by more fragile people, teenagers or children. They can destroy their lives. On the other hand, instead of going against them, I confront them. “Some people delete them, I leave them”sincere.
“I do it because I am capable of receiving any criticism. It is true that negative comments usually outweigh positive ones, but I am clear that they come from a minority. Of 500 there will be ten who claim. The majority empathize, although I know that I cannot expect everyone to empathize with me,” continues Flaviana, who does not hesitate to assert that her exposure on her social networks is done with all the aspects of her daily life.
“I recently lost a baby and I told it because that’s life. You have to face it. Later I have posted things like trips and I have even reacted to this, which can be considered bad vibes. Many people remember the axé dancer who arrived in Chile at the age of 19. Now I am a mother, I am a businesswoman, I have changed, but I have no problems with my body. I think that sometimes social networks are a means of comparison that can do a lot of harm. Many people criticize for anything,” she says.

“I try not to use filters, although anyone who wants to use filters has every right, it is a free decision. I think bad vibes are gratuitous. I don’t believe anything and I’m not the little girl of almost 20 who got to dance, but every weekend I also work dancing. And I swear, 90% of the people who see Axé Bahía say the same thing. ‘You don’t age.’ That’s what they tell us most after they saw us when they were kids,” she adds.
“I have no problems with aging, I am 46 years old and I feel pretty. I keep dancing, my body still has a lot of energy to deliver. I feel pretty regardless of my age. My family adores me and my husband always tells me that. I think I’m pretty and I don’t care if I have a wrinkle here or there. I have super assumed that everything is going to fall little by little.
