Ingredients
-2 onions
-Half a red bell pepper
-300 grams of cooked polenta
-3 eggs
-1 can of corn kernels
-150 grams of ham
-300 grams of cream cheese
-2 discs of Easter dough
-Seasonings: salt, pepper, sweet paprika
Step by Step
In a container, place the cooked polenta that you have left over from a meal and you are going to pour the eggs on top, and you are going to mix very well. Then, add the can of corn kernels and mix again.
On the other hand, put the onion and bell pepper in a frying pan with hot oil, and take them out when they are soft and golden. When they are ready, you are going to place them in the bowl where you made the other mixture.
Once you have mixed this, add the ham cut into strips or pieces.
Once the filling is ready, place a little oil or butter in an oven-safe dish and then put a pascualina lid on top of this filling.
On top of the polenta mixture, add pieces of cream cheese so that it melts in the oven and gives it even more flavor.
Bake for several minutes, until you see that the dough is golden and cooked. Afterwards, you can enjoy a delicious meal.
