Pantera has returned to perform on British soil after more than 20 years. The band returned to Great Britain, in this case to Englandwithin the framework of Download Festivalwhich was held this weekend in Donington Park. Below you can check out the songs they played at this historic show.

THE EXCITEMENT OF SEEING PANTERA
Charlie Benante has said once again that fans of Panther Those who have attended the band’s recent shows have taken advantage of the opportunity to see the songs performed live more than 20 years since the classic lineup of Panther was together.
Along with the Anthrax drummer in the reformed lineup of Panther the surviving members are found Rex Brown on bass and Philip Anselmo on vocalsWith guitarist Zakk Wyldewho had previously participated with Ozzy Osbourne and Black Label Society.
The training received green light from the heirs of the band’s founders, drummer Vincent “Vinnie Paul” Abbott and guitarist “Dimebag” Darrell Abbott. It was first reported in July 2022 that Anselmo and Brown would team up with Wylde and Benante for a world tour under the Pantera banner.

Benante discussed her involvement in Pantera’s return during a new interview with Australia’s Heavy, conducted at this month’s Knotfest Australia festival. “We have people who come, we see them after the show, we see them during VIP meetings and some of them cry because it’s part of their youth. And they never thought they would hear these songs again in this environment. And it’s the same for me. When I’m playing, I look at the setlist. I get excited about the next song that comes out. It’s good.”
Charlie also addressed the negative comments he has received for his involvement in Pantera’s return without Dimebag and Vinnie Paul. He said: “It’s more important, again, like I said a moment ago about listening to these songs again… Some of these people who were negative at the beginning of all of this, well, just, Please, shut up“.
“For a minute and wait. If you don’t want to come, don’t come. But if you want to come, come and witness it, and then you can say, ‘Fuck this. This was horrible.’ ‘But that hasn’t happened. “A lot of people are very positive about it and enjoy it.”
